The RP technologies for
public organizations seminar held in Lutsk
The RP technologies for public organizations seminar was held in
Lutsk on March 29-30, 2004. The organizers of the seminar are Opir
Molodi and Maidan public organizations with the support of Nasha
Ukraina the Volyn Youth Coalition Department. More than fifty
representatives of Volyn youth organizations ( among them Youth
National Congress, Student Bratstvo of Volyn, Nasha Sprava the Volyn
Public Youth Organizations Centre, Moloda Prosvita, Young Reformers
Association, Volyn Youth Movement and others).
On the beginning of the seminar, Volodymyr Bondar, the Lutsk deputy
of Ukraine made the speech of welcome. He said, “Today capability of
youth organizations to influence upon the social processes is
rather high. I must admit, that six or seven years ago young people
had less capibility to realize their needs”. The leading feagures of
the seminar were the representatives of the Youth Opposition
Movements of Buelorus Zubr and Serbia Otpor. They shared the
experience of how to create the scheme of organizations, methods of
working with mass media, working out messages and strategies of
public campaigns, drawing of voluntaries. Besides, the role plays
such as press conference, working out and presentation of campaigns
were conducting in the framework of the seminar.
It is expacted that given information will be in greaate use to the
NGOs and will help in the president election in the autumn this
year.
